Dear Client,
We always advise that you read our Terms of Business before submitting your Client Registration Form. By submitting the Client Registration Form you are confirming that you agree to our Terms of Business and the Placement Fees as stated on this website.
It goes without saying that we only register candidates who can legally work within the UK or overseas. We interview all new candidates. This is a procedure that we prefer to do in person, though depending on the candidate’s geographical location at the time of interviewing, it may be carried out via Zoom or Whatsapp video call at the agency’s discretion. We check all of our candidates’ professional references prior to completing their registration with Rota Nanny Recruitment.
On receiving your Client Registration Form, we will contact you within 48 hours or the next working day to discuss your requirements.
How We Work
Finding the right Candidate:
Once you have decided what type of childcare you are looking for, whether it be a rota Nanny, Governess or Maternity Nurse, you will need to register your vacancy online via our website by filling in our Client Registration Form. This will submit your information to us and it will be carefully reviewed by a member of our staff who will then contact you directly to discuss your specific requirements.
We work on a matching basis, so only candidates that match your family’s requirements will be shortlisted for you.
Step 1 - Submit your requirements
On receiving your Client Registration Form, we will contact you to discuss your requirements, the frequency of rota that you would like the candidate to work to and assess your family's needs. We can advise on scheduling and help define the candidate's role within the family.
Step 2 - Matching candidates with families
The information that you give us is matched to our registered candidate profiles, then the appropriate candidates are selected for you perusal. All of the candidates that we put forward have been interviewed and reference checked by us, so we have a clear understanding of the quality, employment history and personality of each candidate we introduce. After reviewing the candidates profiles, you will then need to let us know which candidates you would like to interview yourself.
Step 3 - Interviewing selected candidates
You can choose to interview our candidates either over the phone, via Zoom, WhatsApp video call or in person. We will help to set up these interviews, along with offering a selection of interview questions. Once you have completed the interviews, we will review the impressions of both parties.
Step 4 - Employee Contract
When you notify us that you have selected a candidate and you would like to offer them the job, we can supply you with a sample employment contract and if required, a NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement. Once the candidate has accepted the employment offer, they are then directly employed by the family.
Step 5 - Our follow up
The final step in the recruitment process is our follow -up. After the placement of our candidate, we contact both parties to assess the working relationship. We always offer post-placement support, so whatever your concerns we will be here to help you.
