HOW DO I ACCESS INFORMATION HELD ABOUT ME?
You have the right to request the information we hold by emailing info@rotanannyrecruitment.com detailing the information you require access to. We may ask you to verify your identity. We will notify you within one month of the request if we are not able to provide the information you have requested with the reasons why.
If the information you have requested is incorrect, please inform us immediately so we can ensure we have the correct information retained. We will restrict the processing of the incorrect information until it has been corrected and inform you when this has occurred.
DATA REMOVAL
You have the right to ask us to remove your information. Removing your information means you may no longer access our services and should you wish to register again in the future, you will need to supply all information and documents and go through the registration process again. Please note that if you file holds information relating to legal, accounting or reporting matters, we may need to keep this information for up to 6 years.
DATA BREACHES

GENERAL BROWSING
When you visit and use our website, information about this request will be automatically stored in our log files to provide usage statistics, enable security features and aid technical troubleshooting. In these cases your IP address at the time acts as a unique identifier and is stored along with information about your operating system, browser version and the pages/files you access. These logs are deleted regularly. Google Analytics logs are deleted after 14 months.
