Rota Governesses and Governors
During their rota working hours, a governess or governor is responsible for your child's daily routine, intellectual and social skills, emotional needs, and other agreed-upon individual requirements.
A rota governess/governor will work on a rota system, just like a rota nanny. As an example, a rota would be, governess/governor number 1 works within a private household for 2 weeks and then has 2 weeks off. Governess/governor number 2 will be working to cover governess/governor number 1’s time off, then it rotates and repeats until the contract is over. The rota could be is over 1 week or a month. It depends on the family’s needs and frequent travel plans.
Families can go for a combination of male and female candidates to work on a rota or a native English-speaking governess and a bilingual governess.
Rota governesses/governors can earn a salary from £1350 gross per week and have return flights or live-out accommodation provided for their time off.
